The U Care Box is a care package that gives your student a reminder of home and ensures they have items to help them succeed while away. We support your student's full life at school. We're a lot more than snacks - we act as a support system offering tips on health, student finances and mental wellness along with fun stress relievers, healthy snacks, technology and essentials.
Our team carefully curates each box with products and support advice that varies between each box. Occasionally we'll find something so great it will make another appearance.
If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for your first box, which will arrive within two weeks of purchase. Your future shipments will be billed 2-3 weeks prior to time of shipment.

In the fall, the box will ship in September, October, and November. In the winter/spring, the box will ship in February, March, and April.

If a box has been sent back to us without communicating with our Customer Care Team, we will ship the box back to the address on file.
If you have received a damaged product in your box, or if your box is missing a product, please contact our Customer Care Team within 2 weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced.
If your box is missing, we must be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement.
Our customer care team is available from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday. We will answer requests within 1-2 business days.
