The U Care Box is a care package that gives your student a reminder of home and ensures they have items to help them succeed while away. We are known as “The Campus Care Box” that acts as a support system offering tips on health, student finances and mental wellness along with fun stress relievers, healthy snacks, technology and essentials.
Our Fairy Box Mother, Umi, along with her team of care package specialists work hard to guarantee that every package is unique and timed to help your student the most.
If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for your first box, which will arrive in September. You will be charged each time a box is shipped. Total of 6 packages per year.
Yes, you will automatically be subscribed to all 6 U care boxes. However, you will always have the ability to cancel your account at any time.

Shipping is $6.95 per box.
No worries! Use your billing address as the shipping address for now and simply email us an update here by September 1st, 2019.
We currently ship to schools in the 48 contiguous United States.
You will receive three care packages per semester, six in total. In the fall, the box will ship in September, October, and November. In the winter/spring, the box will ship in February, March, and April.
Every month we will be shipping you a new U care box different from the last.
If you sign up before September 10th, your student’s first box will arrive the first month of school - September.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered to you within 5-10 business days for U.S. locations.
*Business days do not include weekends or holidays, including Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your box leaves our warehouse. If you feel that your order has not shipped within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Care Team so that we may help investigate the delay.
No, refunds are not offered.
If a box has been sent back to us without communicating with our Customer Care Team, we will ship the box back to the address on file.
If you have received a damaged product in your box, or if your box is missing a product, please contact our Customer Care Team within 2 weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced.
If your box is missing, we must be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement.
